Your sanctuary in the City
A temple for the body, nature, ritual, beauty and community

our future is ancestral
Abuela Sinhá carries the name of Daniela Fischleder’s grandmother, Sinhá, who raised her in Brazil and became her first teacher.
Her wisdom lived in the garden, in medicinal plants and roses, in prayer, in faith and in service to others. Daniela grew up close to these practices, learning through the ordinary rhythms of their life together: tending plants, caring for people and bringing beauty into the home.
That inheritance continues through the sanctuary. It informs Daniela’s work and the care with which the house welcomes people, prepares its gatherings and shares knowledge.
Plants, practice and commuity
Our sanctuary brings together weekly classes, creative workshops, tea ceremonies and community gatherings. Across the programme, we explore how movement, making, ritual and time with plants can deepen our attention to life.
We hope it becomes a place you return to.

Root
Earth · Steadiness, strength & support
Root begins with the ground beneath us and the body that carries us. Through strengthening, grounding and attentive movement, these practices develop balance, stability and a clearer sense of physical support. We explore how to stand, move and meet effort with care.

Flow
Water · Movement, rhythm & expression
Flow makes room for movement to unfold. Through dance, fluid sequences and creative exploration, we work with rhythm, sensation and the body’s changing pace. These practices invite curiosity, play and the freedom to discover forms of expression beyond words.

Listen
Air · Breath, sound & stillness
Listen invites a finer attention. Through meditation, breath, sound and restful practices, we notice what can be overlooked in the pace of everyday life. There is time to feel a breath, follow a vibration and become attentive to the quieter movements of body and mind.

Remember
Fire · Ritual, ancestry & belonging
Remember gathers us around the practices and knowledge we choose to carry forward. Through ritual, plant learning, storytelling and shared ceremony, we explore our relationships with nature, those who came before us and one another. Fire accompanies this pillar as an image of warmth, remembrance and continuity.
